Short version: Workflow Studio Hub stores all your data locally on your device. We do not run servers, we do not collect personal information, and we do not sell or share your data with anyone.
Workflow Studio Hub ("the App") is developed and published by Workflow Studio Hub ("we", "our", "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our Android application.
By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
We do not operate any servers or backend infrastructure. We collect no personal data.
All content you create in the App — including your plans, routines, goals, notes, and settings — is stored exclusively in a local SQLite database on your device. This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to back it up to your own Google Drive account (see Section 4).
The App offers optional integration with your Google account to access Google Calendar and Google Drive. This integration is entirely opt-in.
When you sign in with Google, the App requests the following scopes:
Your Google credentials are handled entirely by the official Google Sign-In SDK. We never see or store your Google password. OAuth tokens are stored only on your device and are used solely to make API calls to Google's services on your behalf.
You can disconnect your Google account at any time from Settings → Integrations.
If you use the Backup to Drive feature, a copy of your App database is saved to your Google Drive in the App's private storage folder. This folder is only accessible to Workflow Studio Hub — other apps and people cannot read it. Only you can access your backups through your Google account.
We have no access to the contents of your Drive backups.
The App does not include any third-party analytics SDKs, crash reporting tools, or advertising networks. No usage data is collected or transmitted.
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.
All your data lives on your device. You can delete it at any time from Settings → Data → Delete All Data. Uninstalling the App will remove all locally stored data.
If you have created Drive backups, those remain in your Google Drive until you delete them manually from your Drive account.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
